Each unit includes a little kitchen and a bathroom with a tub or shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge and oven, kettle and coffee maker (complimentary coffee and tea provided), cutlery, crockery, pots and pans, as well as its own telephone line.
Additional amenities include a TV, radio, and washing machine. Fresh linen and towels are provided. Ceiling fans ensure a comfortable breeze on hot summer nights. Each unit also has its own wall safe for valuables.

In front of each apartment is a little garden patio where you can enjoy fresh air, beautiful Namibian evenings, starry nights, and relax.
Parking space is ample; the premises have secure parking with the gate locked at all times. Some units allow you to park right in front of your door.
The garden features plenty of trees and shrubs, a patch of lawn, and a table tennis area for some fun in between.

From Hosea Kutako International Airport: Take Sam Nujoma Drive across the centre of town marked by Independence Avenue driving downhill. As you start going uphill from the crossing with Mandume Ndemufayo Avenue onwards, take the first turn left into Bismarck Street. You will find Schwalbenheim in the second block on your left-hand side at number 14.
From the south (Rehoboth or Eros Airport): Keep to the right and turn into Mandume Ndemufayo Avenue. Follow this road until you see the signboard for Schwalbenheim on your left side. Turn left into Church Street and then first left into Bismarck Street; Schwalbenheim will be on your left side shortly after the turn-off.
From the north (Okahandja): Take the Western Bypass turnoff marked City onto Sam Nujoma Drive. Stay on it for a few kilometres until you reach the crossing with Hosea Kutako Drive. Keep right and turn into Bismarck Street at the next traffic light; Schwalbenheim is number 14 on the left side in the second block after the turn-off.
