This leading International lodge is situated in the heart of Namibia. Our Ranch is located on the impressive Waterberg Plateau and inhabits rare species like White Rhino, Sable, Nyala, Water Buffalo, Hippo, Roan, Red Lechwe and many more that roam the wilderness.
The Lodge is caressed by cascading foliage and nurturing trees that provide a haven for you to retreat to after the day's activities. Whilst you relax at the pool, be engulfed by the landscape that appears to extend into infinity and morph into a fiery pageant as the sun bids the day farewell. Both accommodation and cuisine reflect the Swiss heritage of your hosts, Mark and Christine. Thus allow yourself to be submerged in the spirit of a true African Safari.
Hunting
WABI offers hunters an exclusive sustainable experience, unique and tremendous
at same time.
In Namibia, hunting is well supervised and regulated with general reasons
for hunting, as many southern African species have escaped extinction thanks
to hunting visitors from all around the world. This may sound like a paradox,
but it’s only the wildlife reality.
WABI can accommodate groups of hunters with private dedicated facilities and
exclusivities.
Home to a wide range of wildlife, from the endangered rhinoceros to big and
small mammals, predators and antelopes, accompanied by a multitude of bird
species, WABI is land of discovery towards new animal horizons.
Oryx, hippopotamus, giraffe, leopard, cheetah, Burchell zebra, Hartmann zebra,
kudu, waterbuck, red hartebeest, springbok, duiker, steenbok, klipspringer,
ostrich, black wildebeest, blue wildebeest, impala, black impala, copper springbok,
white springbok, nyala, red lechwe, baboon, black-backed jackal, caracal,
honey badger, Damara dik-dik, rock hyrax, cape eland, roan, sable, porcupine,
brown hyena, blesbok, warthog, west Indian water buffalo, mongoose are only
part of the fauna tourists are invited to openly explore at WABI.
