Xaragu Camp is situated 2 km away from the C39 road, hidden in a valley
with a river, you can enjoy the peace and incredible and remarkable
landscape.

Accommodation at Xaragu Camp
The sites are well chosen to give you the utmost space to enjoy and relax and feel the unspoilt wilderness surrounding you. (You do not need to look into your neighbour's plate).
At the main building you will find a bar, curio shop where we also offer all day necessities like wood, washing powder, lighters, cigarettes etc Swimming pool, fish pond and many more.

Xaragu Camp Activities and Things to Do
- Full day game drive or by hour with our guide and vehicle
- Horse riding per hour or tours for several days with overnight stays (at own risk)
- Hiking, if requested, also with a guide
- We have many animals like suricates, ducks, cats, varans and terrariums (so it is interesting for the whole family)
- Twyfelfontein Rock engravings, Organ Pipes and Burnt Mountain 25 km away
- Petrified Forest 35 km away
Location
Driving the C39 from Khorixas towards Torra Bay, you will pass the Petrified Forest on your right-hand side. After 75 km of gravel road in good condition, you will come to the turn-off to Twyfelfontein on your left-hand side. On your right-hand side, you will see George’s Shop. Continue straight for another 100 m, and you will find the turn-off to Camp Xaragu on your right-hand side. Our camp is not to miss, as there are several signs from there on. It is possible to reach the camp with a normal sedan.
