The Palmwag Concession is an area of 5,500 km 2 in the Kunene Region of North West Namibia. This region provides habitat for a variety of rare species of plants and animals, including those adapted to the semi-desert conditions such as elephants, mountain zebra and giraffe. Palmwag Lodge is a paradise on the Uniab River in north west Damaraland a vacation opportunity with a difference.

Palmwag Lodge Amenities and Facilities
The lodge offers 24 beds in 2-3-bed thatched bungalows, a fully licensed
a la carte restaurant, swimming pools under shady palms, and a very cosy
“pool bar”.
To cater for the needs of campers and day visitors, the thatched pool bar
under the palm trees at the swimming pool, where light meals and most drinks
are available, is opened daily from mid morning until app 22h00.
Groups bigger than 8 persons, who intend lunching at our pool bar, can do this by prior arrangement.

Due to limited accommodation available, early bookings are essential and we
kindly request you to adhere to our booking policy and conditions.
Please take note that entry into the surrounding concession area is by valid
permit only, which should be obtained at the Palmwag Lodge reception before
entry into the area. (including the Hoanib River).
