Welcome to Otjiwa Campsite
Set amidst the unspoilt beauty of Namibia’s oldest game farm, Otjiwa Safari Lodge is the ultimate holiday destination for those in search of an authentic African experience that meets the very best in international tourism standards.
True Namibian hospitality and personal service go without saying. The ranch is a veritable treasure trove of African wildlife and boasts a variety of some 25 game species that freely roam its 12 000ha expanse of bushveld.
Amongst these is one of the country’s largest herds of sable antelope, the precious white rhinoceros, roan antelope, as well as big herds of plains game. Renowned for its beautiful dams, Otjiwa is also home to rich bird life, amongst which the majestic African fish eagle.
Here is truly a place where tranquillity and adventure meet as the Otjiwa experience offers romantic sundowners, walking trails, game drives, bird-watching, a vulture hotel and, upon special request, rhino tracking.
Campsite
Otjiwa campsite is situated underneath big acacia trees next to a beautiful riverbed, where the setting of the sun creates a perfect atmosphere for true relaxation and spending time with your loved ones.
For real African camping adventure there will be no electricity available.There are 3 big campsites – ideal for bigger groups or families - covered with clean river sand, own fire place and washing area.
A well planned ablution area with separate bathrooms for men and women are also available. There are 7 smaller more private campsites, each with its own water and fire place as well as a smaller ablution area. All the campsites can be reach by a normal vehicle.
Family Campsite

Description: We offer seven smaller, more private campsites,
each with its own water supply and fireplace, as well as a smaller ablution
area.

A 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation with balance payable 10 weeks before your travel date. Bank transfer, credit and debit cards accepted for pre-bookings. Paypal available on request.
