The owner and host, Adri Pienaar is the third generation of Pienaars to make
the Eldorado farm his home. Adri and his wife Hanel, their 3 children and
a team of friendly employees will do everything they can to make you feel
welcome and ensure that your visit with them will be a truly memorable experience.
The Eldorado farm originally belonged to Adri's grand father who was one
of the first people to live in the Etosha area. Thereafter the farm was bought
by Henning Pienaar, Adri's father, who lived on the farm for a further 30
years.
In total Eldorado has been part of the Pienaar family for around 66 years
and has been a successful cattle and sheep farm. Today the farm is populated
with gemsbok, eland, impala, springbok, steenbuck, duiker, zebra, blue and
black wildebeest, the Damara dik-dik, ostriches and a large variety of indigenous
birds.
