Accommodation at Atlantic Villa consists of five main facets, namely the
Luxury Suites, Standard Rooms, Deluxe Rooms, Luxury Rooms and Self Catering
Units. Atlantic Villa has the facilities to accommodate a variety of travellers.
The main house consists of five rooms of which two are luxury rooms. In addition four family apartments are available and suitable for self catering.
To conclude our accommodation bouquet we also have 4 Luxury Suites with a sea view. Rooms are equipped with DSTV and internet while some rooms have a private balcony with views of the surrounding desert and ocean.
Because we are only a few minutes away from central Swakopmund, the Atlantic Villa Boutique Guesthouse is the ideal venue to use for your next office function, family event, wedding, sundowners, anniversary, and more.
Our conference facilities can host up to 48 people and are equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. Catering for delegates can also be arranged.
Guests can make use of the 13-seater shuttle for transport to and from the airport, town, and other locations.
Swakopmund has a variety of restaurants that offer anything from real fresh "catch of the day" seafood and oysters to some of the best game and meat dishes you have ever encountered. Within walking distance from us is "The Wreck" restaurant, offering excellent dining possibilities.
Ocean View Spar is located on your way to the Atlantic Villa and offers a bookshop, bottle store, laundromat, car wash, pharmacy, and doctors' rooms, apart from a large convenience store and ATMs.
Vineta Shopping Centre is located closer to Swakopmund town centre and offers a convenience store, some line shops including a movie rental shop, pharmacy, and a petrol station directly adjacent to the shopping centre.
